Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, UDAAP and Complaints (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the UDAAP and Complaint Programs for the second line of defense
- Act as a subject matter expert on UDAAP and Complaint Policy, advising various business lines
- Conduct UDAAP risk analyses and monitor complaint processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in banking and compliance functions
- 10+ years of experience with regulatory compliance in a banking environment
- 5+ years of experience with UDAAP Programs and management of complaints
- Experience in developing and implementing UDAAP assessments
- Experience presenting to management committees and regulators
