Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for websites and organic social channels, aligning UX, brand, and performance
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team of designers, strategists, developers, and social media experts
- Implement and scale systems for web governance, accessibility, localization, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, website management, or growth marketing
- 6+ years of people management experience with a record of building high-performing teams
- Proven success leading large-scale website and social media initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Deep knowledge of modern web architecture, including CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, CRO, and UX optimization
- Hands-on experience with GA4, HubSpot, and AI-based personalization or testing tools
