Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle for enterprise customers participating in the AI Enterprise Academy
- Build long-term relationships and own renewal processes to maximize customer retention
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities while tracking engagement and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Based in the US with experience supporting enterprise clients in a remote-first environment
- Proven track record in senior Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience managing enterprise customers and driving renewals and upsells
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate program outcomes into business value
- Passion for AI and enthusiasm for helping organizations unlock its potential
