A company is looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Lead to drive national relationship strategies across strategic distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and launch strategic relationships with quoting platforms and national brokers
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and drive market activation
- Serve as the primary contact for distribution on third-party quoting platforms and oversee execution of listing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or health tech with a focus on partnerships or enterprise sales
- Experience managing national broker or platform relationships
- Strategic negotiation and contracting experience, particularly with revenue-share models
- Familiarity with the quoting and enrollment lifecycle for level-funded or self-funded plans
- Highly organized and data-driven with a strong execution bias
