Licensed Sales Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in increasing loan production levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with customers and Title Companies
• Provide general clerical support to loan officers and processors, including tracking outstanding items and following up with customers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
• Previous sales support experience is preferred
• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
