Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients and CarePartners to resolve unverified shifts in the EVV software system
- Record reason codes and comments into visits as required by state regulations
- Assist CarePartners with mobile app downloads and training on AutoLink guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Able to resolve complex or non-routine situations
- Proficient in using email for clear communication and data entry
