Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning and facility-specific tasks
- Provide overall facility management services and ensure effective communication with clients and vendors
- Administer security systems and assist with budget analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in facilities management, business, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and capable of customizing reports
- Ability to manage work under time constraints and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style
