Finance Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate the company's balance sheet, leading finance functions such as accounting and procurement
• Lead strategic finance and FP&A, partnering with leadership to evaluate acquisitions and set financial strategy
• Support board meetings and fundraising by owning key business metrics and operationalizing sales finance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS company
• Experience scaling a company and team, ideally through IPO or acquisition
• Ability to think systemically and identify opportunities for automation
• Strong ownership mentality, treating the company's balance sheet as one's own
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on enabling team success
