Job Summary
A company is looking for a Flood Claims Technical Assistant (Remote/Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and coordinate correspondence related to claim files and notify claim adjusters as necessary
- Enter new losses into the claims system and process payments in compliance with FEMA and company regulations
- Manage vendor compliance and assist with the check issuance process for claims payments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of insurance or claims experience is a plus
- 1-2 years of previous administrative support experience preferred
- Experience in call center type work preferred
- NIFP/Flood claims experience preferred
