Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians and ensures compliance with guidelines
• Monitors performance, quality, and efficiency standards of the utilization management team
• Provides coaching, guidance, and training to team members while managing escalated issues

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• License to practice independently or state-required licensure
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred
• Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a broad range of behavioral health services preferred
