Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Employee Benefits (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Market and generate new sales of group health insurance products through agents and new client relationships
- Coordinate new business sales activity with team members and service agents/brokers effectively
- Utilize internal systems for activity tracking and maintain knowledge of industry markets and products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related selling environment, preferably in health insurance (required)
- Associate's Degree (preferred)
- Active Life & Health License (required)
- Solid understanding of insurance products and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
