Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-potential franchise buyers and drive owner transitions
- Act as primary liaison between buyers and sellers, managing negotiations and expectations
- Lead end-to-end franchise resale processes and guide buyers in building business plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate development, franchise sales, or M&A
- Proven success working with high-net-worth individuals or private equity
- Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) qualification preferred
- Experience in the senior care industry is a plus
