Key Responsibilities

• Manage freight brokering and sales operations
• Utilize TMS and pricing tools to facilitate logistics services
• Provide dedicated support to clients and grow the agency's operational capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in freight brokering or freight sales
• Possession of a current book of business with active shipping customers
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth
• Access to a network of carrier partners is beneficial
