Frontline Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Frontline Engineer to support operational excellence and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate incidents as necessary
• Lead cross-functional teams during incidents and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to follow up on major incidents and refine operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Intermediate experience in Windows and Linux environments, scripting, or database management
• Intermediate experience with Amazon Web Services and containerization technologies
• Ability to think clearly and take decisive action under pressure
• Experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering is preferred
