Job Summary
A company is looking for a Gap Specialist responsible for monitoring and processing Gap claims in accordance with established regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process assigned volume within Gap claim processes while adhering to established service level agreements (SLA)
- Handle potential and actual Gap claim calls, ensuring compliance with call handling requirements
- Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in accordance with relevant regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
- Experience in the Gap claim process preferred
- Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and collections policies preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
