Key Responsibilities

• Lead Provider Operations across the North Zone, focusing on service delivery, staffing, and financial performance
• Manage full P&L for the North Zone, including budgets, forecasts, and cost structures
• Build a high-performing leadership team and ensure excellent client service through operational rigor and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare operations or related fields
• 10+ years in executive leadership with oversight of large teams
• Proven track record of managing P&L and driving financial outcomes
• Deep understanding of Provider environments and compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
