A company is looking for a Global Vice President of Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a global team of SDR leaders and contributors focused on inbound and outbound sales
- Drive the global strategy for Sales Development, including organizational design and pipeline contribution
- Define and execute standardized processes and training programs to enhance pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Sales Development or Sales leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in leading global teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
- Proven ability to scale SDR functions and create repeatable pipeline generation engines
- Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline metrics
- Executive presence with the ability to represent Sales Development at senior leadership levels
