Growth Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Analyst to support the analytical department in exploring sales funnel behavior and automating processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build sales analytics dashboards
• Test hypotheses using suitable experiment designs and metrics
• Analyze the impact of Growth team's initiatives and collect audience insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, and Python; experience with PySpark, AWS, GitLab, and AirFlow is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics
• Experience in designing and conducting experiments
• Familiarity with probability theory and mathematical statistics
