Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and execute the enablement strategy
- Design and deliver training programs, product launches, and certifications to improve sales productivity
- Build assessment and feedback loops to measure and optimize the impact of enablement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar roles in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in building training programs and managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to drive process and tools adoption in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others succeed and improving the seller and manager experience
