Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of their global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage role-based and solution-focused enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams globally
- Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and confidently
- Track and evaluate success using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales or GTM Enablement, L&D, or a related performance enablement role
- Expertise in program design, facilitation, and adult learning principles
- Experience working with global GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, or Partner ecosystems
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
