Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale its engineering team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering execution across product and services teams
• Build and scale engineering processes, including sprint planning and quality assurance
• Recruit, retain, and grow engineering talent while ensuring alignment with business priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing engineers, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience in production environments deployed at scale
• Experience with regulatory/compliance environments and cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
