Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop compliance staff while overseeing compliance-related activities and investigations
• Ensure alignment of projects with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing human subject research
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to promote compliance and provide training on relevant policies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate is required
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable
• Certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) preferred
• Proven professional writing skills
