Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to provide one-call resolution
- Accurately process referrals and applications, updating records as needed
- Provide timely and empathetic support for patient/physician inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare support setting required
- Prior knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies required
- Comfortable working in a call center or remote service environment
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
