A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
- Completion of a new hire training program is required
