A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to manage sales and retention efforts in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations
- Field inbound and make outbound calls to current and potential customers
- Maintain and optimize the sales leads database for customer acquisition efforts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
- At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Windows and ability to learn billing systems
- Experience with Google Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is helpful
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
