Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Enrollment Specialist to assist with the enrollment process for various programs or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, as well as virtual appointments, to support sales and enrollment efforts
• Provide clear, accurate information on eligibility, procedures, and program benefits to assist customers
• Accurately complete and verify enrollment applications, ensuring compliance with program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Life and Health License is required
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Previous experience in enrollment or healthcare-related programs is a plus
