Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls, as well as virtual appointments, to support sales and enrollment efforts
- Provide clear, accurate information on eligibility, procedures, and program benefits to assist customers
- Accurately complete and verify enrollment applications, ensuring compliance with program requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Life and Health License is required
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience in enrollment or healthcare-related programs is a plus
