Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate multiple sales calls per week with clients of various sizes
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead qualification using various tools
- Own the sales process from beginning to end and collaborate with the sourcing/hiring team
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative in a startup environment
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including building dashboards and basic automations
- Proven track record of successfully implementing improvements in sales processes
- Understanding of the tech ecosystem, including backend, frontend, and fullstack development
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency
