Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success to lead and drive the execution of product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Track progress toward sales goals and maintain revenue tracking with the Finance Team
- Build and maintain sales reporting structures and manage client outreach to maximize sales
- Support business development efforts and maintain client satisfaction through strong relationships and exceptional service
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house campaign or agency experience in digital or direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations
- Experience managing cross-team projects with various stakeholders
- Client management experience with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with business development or sales
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize both client and business success
