Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential patients through outbound calls, answering questions and guiding them through insurance benefits
• Manage referrals and serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers to ensure a smooth experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and track tasks using ticketing systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound or consultative sales and patient-facing healthcare roles
• Experience in a healthcare or DME setting, with knowledge of medical referrals and provider coordination
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations and overcome objections with empathy
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and ticketing systems
