Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate insurance needs for matched surrogates, including various policy types
- Assist insurance brokers in securing policies and provide necessary medical records
- Manage financial and insurance tasks by liaising with clients and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant insurance/claims experience
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel is required
- Medical billing and claims experience preferred
- Demonstrated success working with multiple vendors and systems
