Insurance Licensed Benefit Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer event support across various segments and oversee the coordination of customer events
• Support benefit educators with hiring, onboarding, and coaching while managing material development and ordering
• Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
