IT Asset Management Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Asset Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and adoption of asset management practices for IT hardware and software
• Develop reports on asset inventory, compliance, and costs, and implement related policies and procedures
• Evaluate asset management systems, establish KPIs, and maintain documentation of ITAM processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 6-8 years of related experience, including 6+ years managing software and hardware assets
• Extensive experience in designing IT management processes and proficiency in ServiceNow Asset Management
• Experience in vendor management and familiarity with SOX compliance standards
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and managing challenging priorities
