IT Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Engineer (Remote - United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage a FORTRA File-Catalyst setup configured on Azure
• Oversee a Hyper-V cluster, including configuration of virtual machines and storage
• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Azure Administration or SQL Server Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Extensive experience with FORTRA File-Catalyst and LINUX Ubuntu systems
• Proficiency in SQL script development and PowerShell scripting
