Key Responsibilities
- Support technology needs focusing on various operating systems and Google Workspace
- Act as the first point of contact for user IT requests and provide troubleshooting for issues
- Administer and optimize the cloud-first IT environment and maintain networking infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support roles
- Extensive experience supporting cross-platform environments including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux
- Experience with MDM solutions and solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Proactive and security-minded with knowledge of InfoSec best practices
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
