Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and limited level 2 support for users via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with end-user equipment and software
- Manage incoming help tickets and supervise user onboarding service
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support within mid to large-sized companies
- Strong technical background in Windows (10/11) and Mac OS
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite and CRM systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow
- Experience with hardware including PCs, Macs, and peripherals
- Familiarity with user account management in Active Directory
