Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Program Manager to support a Department of Defense initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, and manage a dispersed team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for U.S. government capacity building efforts
- Oversee the full program lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and contractual requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and collaborate with the Finance Team on cost estimation and vendor management
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or project/program management role with the Department of Defense (DoD)
- 3+ years of program management experience across all program lifecycle phases
- Proven experience delivering federal services and managing contracts in complex DoD environments
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred but not required
