A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages multiple complex initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and services
- Ensures compliance of quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Develops targeted activities to improve performance measures such as Star Ratings and HEDIS
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license or Master's Degree in a related health field
- Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/health care environment
- Three to five years of managed care experience in a health care setting
- Experience in compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement
- Complex project management experience
