A company is looking for a Lead Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads through various communication methods
- Assess prospect needs and align them with customer solutions while identifying decision-makers
- Document all lead interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads until closure
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- B2B sales or lead development experience preferred but not required
- Experience with O365 applications and familiarity with CRMs is a plus
- Ability to assess prospect needs and identify decision-makers
- Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and a late-model computer
