Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Telesales Agent to engage with prospective members and support member services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating members about products and assisting with enrollment applications
- Establish rapport with prospective members and assess their needs to convert them into customers
- Assist current members in evaluating their coverage and making necessary plan changes while meeting sales quotas
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license with required Continuing Education Credits
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Proficiency in computer operations and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical conduct
- At least 3 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice is preferred
