Key Responsibilities:
- Research assigned accounts and create a qualified target prospect list
- Prospect for new customers through lead generation via cold calls and email campaigns
- Negotiate complex deals and manage the sales cycle through closure for new accounts
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business development/sales experience in technology and solution sales
- Experience selling IoT and energy efficiency solutions to Facilities/Sustainability Managers
- Consistent sales quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Passion for closing business and improving customer results
