Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Retail Business Model, including financial structures and compensation plans
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Analyze financial information to assess loan feasibility and maintain personal and branch licenses through continuing education

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team in a mid to large-sized firm
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage origination, underwriting, and compliance guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
