Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve sales quotas within the Majors vertical
- Assess sales activities and forecasts, recommending improvements to achieve sales goals
- Coach Account Executives on sales skills, negotiations, and account management
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- 8+ years of management experience in software sales
- Proven track record of generating revenue and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective business and sales plans
- Ability to negotiate and close complex contracts
