Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing
- Identify and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and eliminate manual tasks
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, providing operational support and troubleshooting complex issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations in a B2B technology environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, and data management
- Advanced proficiency in data management and analysis tools, including Google Sheets and Salesforce
- Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and leading automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
