Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in a remote capacity in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and oversee financial structures
• Handle loan escalations and manage the recruitment and training of mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff
• Analyze financial information of applicants and explain loan options to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, underwriting, and compliance guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
