Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Manager to manage and optimize their lead funnel for the Medicare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lead routing and implement assignment strategies based on agent performance and compliance needs
- Track and report on lead performance metrics and provide feedback to sales leaders
- Coordinate with lead vendors and manage lead budget to ensure alignment with ROI goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in lead management, performance marketing, or sales operations
- Experience in Medicare Advantage is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and lead management tools is required
- Familiarity with lead compliance regulations is preferred
