Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to the Virtual Sales Representative team through feedback and performance monitoring
- Manage metrics, sales reporting, and administrative tasks related to team operations
- Conduct performance assessments and deliver development plans in collaboration with management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of Specialty Sales experience
- 2+ years of Supervisory or Management experience preferred
- Oncology/rare disease experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
