Key Responsibilities
- Pinpoint drivers of services performance and lead initiatives to improve the new customer experience and team efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute strategic projects to reduce workflow friction and inefficiencies
- Manage weekly and monthly business processes, escalating deviations from goals and expectations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Field Sales/Revenue Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills
- Experience in building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience partnering with Sales Leadership on initiatives such as forecasting and territory alignment
- Experience identifying and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance sales operations efficiency
