Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop a team of full cycle Mid-Market Account Executives
- Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity
- Assist team members throughout their sales cycles and report on results
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building and managing a high-performing sales team
- Previous experience managing a Mid-Market sales team
- Successful track record of quota achievement as both a manager and individual contributor
- Experience selling to high-value accounts
- Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing a team
