Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Solutions Engineer who will lead the pre-sales demo and scoping process while aligning technology solutions with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of tailored client demonstrations and technical presentations
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify client pain points and define solution requirements
- Collaborate with Product and Go to Market teams to articulate product capabilities to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related roles in the technology/software industry
- Strong understanding of software platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Proven ability to design and communicate complex technical solutions
- Familiarity with agency services or marketing technologies
