Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Independent Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 7 to 10 full-cycle sales representatives to achieve sales quotas
- Develop strategic sales plans and provide hands-on support for deal execution and closure
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure effective communication and alignment within the team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a sales manager with a team of at least 6 representatives
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and target setting
- Experience in the hospitality and SaaS industries is a strong plus
- Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRM systems
- Strong leadership and people skills to motivate and develop team members
